Driver Qualifications

• Must be at least 24 years of age at the time of enrollment
• Must have one (1) years of licensed driving experience in Indiana
• Must provide proof of residency for at least five (5) years if not a citizen of the United States
• No more than six (6) points on driver’s license in the last three (3) years
• No more than one (1) at fault accident in the last three years
• No felony convictions or misdemeanor convictions that involved violence towards another person 
• No OWI (operating while intoxicated) convictions involving alcohol or drugs in the last ten years
• Must have been a resident of Marion county or one of the six surrounding counties for at least one (1) year
• Must read and speak the English Language
